Thalia Bouchereau is a Haitian artist based in Miami. She’s been drawing for as long as she can remember and began painting in 2020. She now specializes in acrylic painting and abstract portraiture, using bold colors and vivid imagery to capture emotion and personal experience. Her work has been exhibited multiple times at Gato Gordo Gallery in Miami. Currently, she is focused on both building her personal art career, and an art community she’s cofounded with her partner and fellow Haitian artists. Their goal is to celebrate and internationalize Haitian talent, creating space for collaboration, growth, and cultural exchange. She invites viewers to engage with her work in whatever way resonates most with them.
