Voices of Resilience in the Press: A Celebration of Art and Storytelling in Liberty City

We are thrilled to share that our current exhibition, Voices of Resilience, at Gato Gordo Gallery has been featured in the Key Biscayne Independent. Written by Gabriela dos Santos, the article highlights the powerful impact of this international, figurative art exhibition and the dynamic events that brought it to life during Art Basel week.

From the opening of Voices of Resilience on November 22, featuring artist Dinah Dorvil’s moving digital storytelling presentation, Finding Light in the Void, to our December 5 activation with Thalia Bouchereau’s evocative poetry film Blue Boy, the exhibition has received an overwhelmingly positive response. These artist-led moments—rooted in personal history, transformation, and resilience—sparked meaningful conversations and deepened connections between the artists and the community.
