In 1977, her journey into the world of photography coincided with the birth of her son in Cali, Colombia. As her son grew, she too flourished, forging a path as an Architect. Her life intertwined with the natural world, accompanied by her ever-present camera. Through its lens, her vision sharpened, perpetually seeking vibrant colors and intricate textures, all woven together by the dance of light. Her photographs became a bridge between reality and the abstract realm of emotions, capturing moments that resonated deeply.
In 2009, the inception of EXPRESIONES CROMÁTICAS marked a pivotal chapter in her artistic journey. Transforming her photographic works into tangible pieces of art, she ventured into crafting fabrics and creating “USEFUL ART” products. Over the years, these creations have taken shape in diverse collections or as unique pieces tailored to individual requests.
Her creative evolution in 2018 led her to delve into impressionist and abstract photography, propelling her to master the Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) technique. This passion endures to this day, serving as a testament to her unceasing exploration of the visual medium.
Relocating to Florida, USA in 2018, she continues to draw inspiration from new surroundings, infusing her work with fresh perspectives and boundless creativity.
