Invisible Dialogues
June 13, 2026 – July 31, 2026
Invisible Dialogues brings together the work of Sara Schesser Bartra and Jamir Eduardo Guiza Beltran, two artists whose abstract practices emerge from different yet deeply connected approaches to exploring the unseen.
Drawing from her background in molecular biology and microbiology, Sara Schesser transforms microscopic worlds into luminous visual experiences. Inspired by diatoms, microbial structures, ecological networks, and the hidden architectures of life, her work translates scientific observation into vibrant abstractions filled with organic forms, intricate patterns, and rhythmic movement. Through color and composition, she invites viewers to encounter the beauty and complexity of worlds that exist beyond ordinary perception.
In contrast, Jamir Guiza approaches abstraction through intuition, emotion, and gesture. A Colombian visual artist and former director of the Museum of Art of Tolima, Guiza creates works that emerge from spontaneous movement, layered textures, and expressive interactions of color. His paintings evoke emotional and psychological landscapes, exploring the shifting boundaries between perception, memory, and imagination. Rather than depicting a visible reality, his work invites viewers into spaces shaped by intuition and human experience.
Together, Schesser and Guiza reveal abstraction as a language capable of bridging seemingly opposite realms: science and emotion, observation and imagination, structure and spontaneity. Their works engage in a silent conversation, inviting viewers to consider the many dimensions of reality that remain invisible yet profoundly influential.
As viewers move through the exhibition, they encounter two distinct pathways toward understanding the unknown—one rooted in discovery and observation, the other in intuition and sensation. In this shared space, invisible worlds emerge into presence, reminding us that some of the most powerful forces shaping our lives exist beyond what we can immediately see.
