Voices of Resilience
November 22, 2025 – January 8, 2026
Voices of Resilience brings together a diverse group of figurative artists whose work emerges from deeply personal histories—stories shaped by migration, Blackness, loss, identity, memory, and the quiet triumphs born from adversity. Each artwork is a testament to the human capacity to endure, adapt, and transform.
Representing perspectives from the United States, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean, the artists trace the emotional and psychological landscapes that define their journeys. Their works are intimate, vulnerable, and boldly honest—revealing not only the wounds we carry, but the strength we build in the process of healing. Though their backgrounds span continents, their voices converge around a shared truth: resilience is not a single act but a continuous, evolving state of becoming.
This exhibition invites viewers to reflect on their own experiences of rebuilding and renewal. It honors the ways creativity becomes a tool for survival, a mirror for self-discovery, and a bridge between individuals and communities. In celebrating these lived narratives, Voices of Resilience affirms that even in moments of fracture, art remains a powerful conduit for connection, dignity, and transformation.
